2026 ARG 2-Day Mini Camps
We are very excited to present our 2-day Summer Goalie Multi Sport Mini Camps which will be held at the SLS Centre in Cochrane. Instead of loading up the summer with random single weekly ice times (there are weekly sessions added also), we decided to create a 3 week progressive 2 day camp format during weeks that we don’t have our 3-4 day camps. These camps are the same style as our larger camps, we cover everything a goalie needs, but in a shorter amount of time. These camps are mainly half days, but you still get 2 hours of ice, and many of our exclusive off ice activities/programs. You get:
👉 2hrs ice time
👉 Post ice stretch/prep
👉 A mix of Video Sessions, Neuro Tracker, Reflexion Board, and other brain training tech (cognitive training), Blaze pod + Light Trainer activities, Hand/eye coordination training, “Goalie Yoga” and much more….
👉 Multiple sports
👉 Agility and speed training / Strength and Conditioning
👉 Goalie Equipment Company Presentations possible

Elite Tryout Mini Prep Camp
This camp is set up just before the August Minor Hockey Tryouts on August 19-21
There is no strength and conditioning. Most athletes will have done a lot all summer to prepare, so we will be focusing on specifics
We will have a Seminar/Goalie Talk/Mindset/Cognitive Training session
There will be 2 ice times per goalie, separated in to 2 groups
Our goal at this camp is to get our athletes mentally, and technically (on ice) prepared for the goalie evaluation portion of your tryouts.
