Hello everyone,
We are very excited to present our Summer Goalie Multi Sport Prep camp which will be held in Cochrane from July 7th - July 10th at the SLS Centre. Our team is excited to work with new, and familiar faces, as we get ready for the upcoming try-outs and season. We are excited to offer the best camp available for your goalies! This will be a full day camp. We will have several activities set up both on and off the ice specific to goalies. Here is what you get:
👉 2hrs ice time (+ puck handling option)

👉 Neuro Tracker, Reflexion Board, and other brain training tech (cognitive training, mindset + game prep seminars)

Elite Tryout Mini Prep Camp
This camp is set up just before the August Minor Hockey Tryouts on August 20-22nd
There is no strength and conditioning. Most athletes will have done a lot all summer to prepare, so we will be focusing on specifics
We will have a Seminar/Goalie Talk/Mindset/Cognitive Training session before/between ice times.
We will be on the ice from 2 hours per day. This may be separated in 2 groups or it may just be 1 group for 2 hours. TBD
After the ice time, we will return to the classroom to finish with either a stretch or more mindset/cognitive activities.
Our goal at this camp is to get our athletes mentally, and technically (on ice) prepared for the goalie evaluation portion of your tryouts.
