2024 ARG Cancellation/Pricing Policies

What you need to know…..

We understand that certain situations are out of your control and that is ok. We will work with you if there are special cases. As a small business, we do also need to protect ourselves, as last minute cancellations don’t always give us time to replace the goalie. Here are the policies for all cancellations:

• If you cancel more than 2 days (48hrs) before the session in question, there will be no penalties or fees.

• If you cancel between 1-2 days before the session (24-48hours), you will be responsible for 50% (ice cost) of the total cost of the session.

• If you cancel the day of the session (within 24 hours), you will be responsible for the full cost of the whole session.

We will attempt, in all cases, to replace the goalie but it is not guaranteed.

We protect ourselves in all cases, as a small business, because we must make sure we have a sufficient amount of coaches for the amount of goalies present per session.

We want to make sure we provide first class goalie development to every one of our clients and family members.
