In-Season Maintenance clinic for all ages and skill. Split according to ages and skill level, with a minimum of 2 coaches. We start off all of our sessions with one of our many skating routines. From there, we move on to full zone and small area drills mainly working on fundamentals like stick, body and hand positioning, mechanics, tracking, play reading, save selection and puck-handling. These sessions are more about higher reps, working on endurance and muscle memory. It is a progression based program, meaning we start off basic at the beginning of the season and move on to higher skilled sessions as the season goes on.
