This session is 1 hr and we cover everything an “ELITE” goaltender needs. These sessions max at 4-6 goaltenders with a ratio of 1:2 of 2 coaches. We start off all of our sessions with one of our many skating routines. We then move on to full zone and small area drills working on details like positioning, play reading, zone analysis, save execution, puck-handling, high percentage scoring situations and more
