These practices are 1hr and we cover everything an “ELITE” goaltender needs. Personalized to each goalie, these sessions max at 2-4 goaltender(s) at 1C:2G ratios. We start off with skating and mobility to warm up. We then move on to specific zone and small area drills working on details like positioning, play reading, zone analysis, save execution, puck-handling, high percentage scoring situations and more
